Creating a Discount

Details

• Name: Enter a clear name for the discount (required).
• Description: Add an optional description for internal reference.
• Enabled: Use this toggle to turn the discount on or off.

Activation

• Choose how the discount is applied to orders.
• Select Automatic for promotions that apply to all eligible orders.
• Select Coupon code if customers must enter a code. If you choose this, enter the code. Use 2 to 32 characters consisting of Latin letters (A-Z), numbers, hyphens, or underscores.

Reward

• Choose the type of reward and its value:
  • Percentage off: Enter the percentage. You can also add an optional Maximum discount value to cap the total saving from this percentage discount.
  • Fixed amount off: Enter the fixed deduction amount in your currency.
  • Buy X get Y free: Enter the Buy quantity and the Get free quantity.

Applies to (Scope)

• Choose what the discount targets: Whole order, Specific products, Specific menus, or Specific categories.
• Select the specific items from the list if you choose products, menus, or categories.

Conditions

• Order types: Select Delivery, Pickup, or Dine-in. Leave this empty to allow every order type.
• Minimum order value: Set the required order amount before the discount becomes eligible.
• Starts at and Ends at: Define a specific date range for the promotion.
• First order only: Turn this on to restrict the discount to the customer's first order.
• Weekly schedule: Add time windows for specific days of the week to run happy hours or daily specials. Leave empty for no restriction.

Usage limits

• Total redemptions: The maximum number of times this discount can be used across all customers. Leave empty for unlimited redemptions.
• Redemptions per customer: The maximum number of times a single customer can use this discount. Leave empty for unlimited redemptions per customer.

Save the discount

• Click the save button at the bottom of the page to create or update your discount.
