Overview of the Online Collection Process

Menoo facilitates online payment collection from customers through a secure and efficient process, using trusted payment processing partners (e.g., Stripe Express). The general flow is as follows:

• Customer Payment: Customers make online payments for orders directly in the Menoo app or on the restaurant's website.
• Secure Processing: Funds are securely processed by Menoo's payment partner.
• Fund Collection by Menoo: Menoo collects the amounts from online orders, withholding applicable commissions as per the contract.
• Transfer to Restaurant: Net funds are transferred to your restaurant's bank account according to the agreed-upon terms.

"Finance" Section in Menoo Partners

The "Finance" section in the Menoo Partners dashboard is the central hub for all financial aspects of your partnership with Menoo. Here you will find information about your subscription, earnings, invoices, and commission details.

Accessing the "Finance" Section:

• Log in to your Menoo Partners account.
• From the left-hand sidebar menu, navigate to and select "Finance".

Monitoring Earnings

The "Earnings" sub-section provides a detailed view of all transactions and collected amounts.

Viewing Earnings:

In this section you will see a detailed list of all earnings. The table includes the following columns:

• Issue Date: The date the earning was processed and recorded.
• Type: The transaction type (e.g., "Delivery", "Order Collection").
• Status: The payment method (e.g., "POS on delivery", "Cash").
• Amount: The total transaction amount before commissions.
• Commission: The commission amount retained by Menoo for the transaction.
• Client: Relevant information about the customer who placed the order.

This view allows you to monitor cash flow and reconcile your earnings.

Accessing and Managing Invoices

The "Invoices" sub-section allows you to access and download invoices issued by Menoo for services rendered (e.g., subscriptions, commissions).

Viewing Invoices:

Here you will find a chronological list of all invoices issued by Menoo to your restaurant:

• Invoice number
• Issue date
• Total amount
• Payment status

Downloading Invoices:

You have the option to download invoices in PDF format for your accounting records. It is recommended to keep these documents for financial and tax reporting.
